Process a payment originated from
an XSite Order
1. When your clients place an order on your XSite, they can immediately enter their credit card information into the Payment Information section of your XSite's order form. Once they select to process their order, the credit card information is automatically saved and attached to the individual order file, which you'll access later to process the charge.
XSites' credit card processing system is also very intuitive. For example, let's say your client mistypes their credit card information. When they submit their order, they'll be prompted with a message telling them they must enter a valid credit card number before the order can be processed.

2. Once you've been notified via e-mail, fax, or on your mobile device that an order has been placed on your XSite, log into your admin and click on the "Orders" icon.
Here you'll see a list of your open orders. Select the appropriate order file and scroll down to the section called Credit Card Information. You'll see Awaiting Charge as the status for the order. Then all you do is select the Order menu (top left of page) and select Charge Card.
Note:
Once a credit card payment has been successfully processed, the status will change to "Settled" letting you know it's complete.

3. Because credit card processing is directly integrated with your XSite, it's never necessary for you to retype your client's information when you're ready to charge their card. All their contact information is pulled directly from their order or from their account within our XSites Network.
You simply fill in the appropriate fee that you've agreed to charge for the order and hit the Charge Credit Card button. You can even send your clients an for the transaction via e-mail. Simply check the E-mail Invoice box and you're all set.
