But with Broker XSites, the features don’t stop there.

With Broker XSites, your listings aren’t just syndicated automatically to some of the most popular consumer real estate search sites on the internet (read more), but they’re also instantly “syndicated” throughout your brokerage.

All too often Brokers have agents with disparate websites built on differing platforms, none of which communicate with each other.  If a diligent agent spends valuable time really articulating the qualities of a listing on his own website for a true showcased listing, adding dozens of photos with thorough, well-written, and consumer-oriented property descriptions, that extraordinary value ends there, but it doesn’t have to.

Because Broker XSites give you the ability to distribute our Free Standard level Agent XSites to every agent in your office, completely free of charge, you’re all on the same platform, and when a listing is added to one site, it’s instantly propagated to every other site across your brokerage, as well as on your on Broker XSite.  All the associated media and descriptions are there, not some pared down version you get from the MLS through IDX.

When you add a page to your website you have the ability to define filters to determine exactly what kinds of listings you want to show on that page.  So you can create a page only showing your company’s luxury homes, or only showing condos, or properties in a particular construction area, or whatever it may be.  Doing this creates highly targeted traffic which can result in highly targeted leads.

Of course those listing pages are searchable, and visitors can subscribe to automatic updates as properties become available matching certain features that they’re interested in.
