Good Support is hard to come by

Unless of course you’ve got an XSite, which means you get it free, and it’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.  That’s not an exaggeration, you can actually call us on Christmas Eve at 2:00 in the morning and we’ll answer the phone and help you out. That’s important for a lot of reasons.  First, when you need support, you probably want it immediately. And next, real estate agents are usually out during the day, and come home to work on their XSites in the evening, or at other odd hours.  Whatever your schedule, you shouldn’t have to wait for support, and with XSites, you don’t have to.

What’s more, this is not “outsourced” support, not some offshore team that speaks little English.  These are people that sit in our office, that are trained by our product managers, and yes – they speak English.
