How does the integration work?
While in your report, just click the SwiftEstimator button on your toolbar.  The SwiftEstimator tool will open up and automatically pull in the required report and subject property information.  You can choose to have a 1007 field report placed in your appraisal, OR you can choose to have your cost approach populated with data and the M&S standard report added as an addendum.

Once you choose what type of report you want your cost data inserted into, simply click "Launch SwiftEstimator".  You’ll go step-by-step through the building data, depreciation and adjustment sections.  Your regional multiplier and other regional specific adjustments are pre-populated based on the subject's zip code, or you have the option to enter your own data.

Once you've calculated and reviewed the cost estimate data, simply click "Transfer to WinTOTAL".  You can even view the calculations in the Standard Report view or the 1007 (keep in mind that each of these calculates the regional multipliers at different levels based on the Marshall & Swift business rules and therefore you’ll see a slight difference in the findings between these two).   Once you have transferred the data into WinTOTAL, the exact figures will be automatically inserted in all the appropriate locations in your report and no retyping is required.
