Appraiser XSites by a la mode
Today while working on a report, I had a pop-up from the XSites Desktop alerting me to a visitor. I immediately popped open a chat window and asked if I could be of any help. I got a response back asking about a particular service. I quickly gave them some basic info, then capped the chat off by providing our phone number and suggesting they call us so that we could talk further. A few minutes later the phone rang. The person on the other end was the same website visitor. He was amazed by the chat request popping up; so was I quite frankly. We both thought this stuff is way cool.
I was able to secure an order as the direct result of the XSites Desktop.
It was my first accepted chat and my first order as a result of this technology. I am impressed to say the least. Nice going a la mode!

What I like is how EASILY an appraiser can customize their site to ‘Individualize’ it.
XSites have the TOOLS (color, graphics, fonts, hyperlinks, and enhanced navigation) to enable each XSite owner to express their individuality.
Also, using XSellerate I recently sent out a ‘Haven’t Heard From You In A While’ campaign to all of my lender clients. I immediately got a great order from a LOCAL client. I must have laid some guilt on him! I KNOW that was an order that would have gone to one of my appraiser friends in town had I NOT sent that campaign.
