Inspector XSites are awesome websites you can build in just minutes. They're simple. They're fun. And they "do something". On top of it all, your XSite will look so professional that visitors will think a web design team spent months building it.

Okay, on to some boring stuff. Many of us are skeptical in nature and we have those technical questions buzzing in our minds. Well, here are the top frequently asked questions our customers have asked us. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

	How much time is it really going to take to setup an XSite?
	15 minutes, if you use our defaults, and you're all set!  You'll have a professional, attractive website that actually does something.  You can then spend as much time as you'd like updating, freshening, tinkering etc. after you're done.
	Who owns my Inspector XSite domain name (My ".com")?
	When you create your Inspector XSite and you choose a new domain name (ex. floridainspector.com), we register the new domain for you automatically. The domain name is absolutely yours and is registered in your name. As is standard with web hosting services, we maintain the technical aspects of your domain, which allows us to renew it automatically each year and deal with the other technical routing issues, like making it work seamlessly with your XSite, CertMail account, or XSellerate. However, you are the designated administrative and billing contact. And this means if you ever decide to host your website with another company, you can easily take your domain name with you. To do so, simply follow these instructions. If you already own your own domain name and wish to use it with your XSite, that’s no problem. You’ll just continue to renew your domain name ownership with the company that you bought it from originally.
	Can I pick which content pages I want to have on my XSite (What is an Inspection, Lead in the Home, etc)?
	Sure, you're in control of every page.
	How is my data transferred into the pages?
	The XSites Wizard asks you for information about your business that you want customers to know once, and then populates it on your site where it needs to go.  Point, click, done!
	How is the domain name (".com") created? Do I create one and have it checked against a database?
	You simply type in any name you want and it checks instantly to see if it's available.  If so, it will tell you and give you the option to register it.  If not, you can choose a different name.
	Can this new site be linked to my current website?
	Yes! It's universal HTML, so any links you want will work.  One of the things about getting a new website, like a new email address, phone number or office address, is that you have to let customers know where to find you.  We make it as easy as possible.  We suggest you link your old site to your new one, then later, redirect your old domain to our servers.  But rest assured, the XSites Wizard helps you let people know where to find you.
	How will I be able to accept orders thru this site from existing clients?
	The order form is all included (you just "activate" it in the wizard) and clients and consumers simply fill it out online.  Your XSite then sends you an e-mail or fax notification.
	Will my XSite be found in search engines such as Google and Yahoo by prospective clients?
	We submit your site to the major search engines automatically, along with your description and your keywords (we also provide a list of metatags and keywords and include those in your pages automatically, so the "spider" search engines pick them up).
	How do I use my current domain?
	All you need to do is have your registrar redirect your domain name to our servers.  Since we don’t own your domain name, we can’t legally do this for you.  Our XSite Wizard will tell you exactly who to call (telephone numbers and what information you'll need to provide).
	How many domain names can I have?
	There is no limit to the number of domain names you may have.  You get one free with your XSite and the XSites Wizard lets you purchase additional domain names.
	What will my e-mail address be?
	You get 10 CertMail e-mail mailboxes with your XSite so you can have up to ten separate e-mail addresses.  They will be in the form of yourname@yourdomain.com.
	Will my clients be able to check the status of each order?
	Yes.  Your clients will each have their own custom log-in area on your XSite where they can check the status, view order details and download completed reports.
	How do my clients log on to my XSite?
	By simply clicking the client log-in button on your XSite home page.
	What will my clients see when they log on?
	They will see a list of orders they have recently placed, with status.  By clicking on any order, they can see all the details for that order.  They can also download completed reports — including ones they have already downloaded.
	How are orders tracked?
	Online ordering for your XSite is powered by the XSites Network order engine.  Orders placed on your XSite are e-mailed and faxed directly to you.  You can then log into the admin section of your site to view and manage your orders.  Your clients are able to log-on to their own private area of your XSite where they can check the status and download completed reports.  E-mails and faxes with your own XSite branding are sent to your client when the report is completed.
	Is there a charge when I change my XSite?
	No! You can make as many changes as you like, anytime you like and never pay any fees.
	How will my XSite be different from the others?
	Unlike traditional “cookie cutter” template websites, the XSites Wizard makes it so easy to customize your website.  There are so many options available that the unique possibilities are endless.  With the ability to use your own header graphics and customize your colors, add your own logos and custom content, you can make your XSite as unique as you want to.
	Will I be able to tell how many “hits” or visitors have been to my XSite?
	You can access detailed web traffic statistics by clicking on the XSite Statistics icon in your My Office area.
	Can I add pages or links to my XSite?
	Absolutely!  You can add as many pages and as many links as you want.  Just as long as the pages or links meet our Acceptable Use Policy, which is to say that they are legal and not pornographic or offensive in nature.
	Can I customize the order form?
	Yes!  Inspector XSites lets you make your online order form do most anything you want it to do.  You decide which services you want to provide and the information you want to gather.  Inspector XSites does the rest. To customize the order form, click on the Orders icon from your My Office area.  This will take you to your XSites Network account.  Hover your mouse over the Profile menu in the upper left and choose Overview.  You can edit your order form under the Custom Fields section.
